Formalities before purchasing a stay

1. Booking and payment

Reservations for a stay in the dark must be made in advance through the official booking system.

The client is required to pay a deposit of 55% and the amount for the research (if booked) corresponding to the current price list to the bank account that will be sent in the introductory email to secure the booking, but no later than 3 days after receiving the introductory email. The second payment for the stay must be credited no later than 30 days prior to the start of the stay, to a different bank account of the provider, which will be sent to him/her in due time by email.

Payment for the stay in the dark is non-refundable and non-refundable except as stated in the following paragraph.

2. Cancellation of reservation

If the client needs to cancel his/her reservation, he/she must do so at least 30 days before the planned date of stay.

If the client cancels the reservation more than 30 days before the planned date of stay, he/she is entitled to a refund of the amount paid to 100%.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled date of stay will result in the loss of 100 % of the amount paid.

3. Modification of the reservation

If the client needs to change the date of stay in the dark, he/she must ask the therapy provider as soon as possible.

Reservation adjustments are only allowed in accordance with availability.

4. Age restrictions

A minimum age of 18 years is required to stay in the dark.

5. Safety instructions

The Client is obliged to follow all safety instructions provided by the Operator.

The client acknowledges that being in the dark may require a certain amount of adjustment and consideration.

6. Health status

The client acknowledges that being in the dark may affect certain medical conditions such as claustrophobia or anxiety.

The client is obliged to inform the operator of any health problems that could affect his ability to participate in the stay in the dark.

7. Responsibility for property

The client is responsible for their personal property while in the dark.

The operator is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of the client's property.

8. Limitation of liability

The client acknowledges that being in the dark can be emotionally challenging.

The operator is not responsible for any emotional or psychological consequences of being in the dark.

9. Rights of the operator

The operator reserves the right to refuse to provide the service or to exclude a client who does not comply with the rules of staying in the dark or endangers the safety of other participants.

10. Final provisions

These terms and conditions are valid from the time of booking and are deemed to be accepted by the client.

The client voluntarily participates in the dark at his own risk. When booking a stay, the client agrees to the terms and conditions and the processing of personal data.

The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

These rules and conditions are in place to ensure a smooth and safe stay in the dark while protecting the interests of the clients and the operator.
