Thanks to our approach, you will receive the results of measurements such as ECG, blood pressure, heart rate, as well as mental state before and after therapy. We call it the colour test and it allows you to see exactly what areas have benefited from the therapy. (e.g. stress, problem solving, self-esteem...)
Deep rest and stress relief
Light affects the production of melatonin (the sleep hormone). Lack of light will increase its production and therefore almost everyone sleeps for the first 1-2 days. This also creates an ideal environment for clearing the mind, slowing down the daily rhythm and relieving stress.
