Why is 7 days of therapy ideal?

In recent weeks, there have been several inquiries about the possibility of a five-day stay at our therapy center. We used to offer these short-term stays, but after years of experience we've concluded that a seven-day stay is really ideal.

Our decision is supported by the experience of our clients, who after a five-day stay often reported that we they were right, when we convinced them the benefits of a longer stay. It is true that for many of our clients, entering the dark represents entering the unknown, which logically raises concerns about the length of stay.

However, our observations show that each additional day spent in the dark brings clients greater comfort and understanding. It is crucial to realize that darkness has its own rhythm. During the six full days of darkness, three phases can be observed, each lasting two days.

The first two days are usually devoted to adapting to being in the dark and finding a personal daily routine. Many clients notice at this stage how the darkness helps them to deeper and better quality sleep. The second phase, which lasts another two days, is often characterized by major shifts and realizations. Some clients feel that they have achieved what they came here for. However, the last two days have allowed this awareness to deepen and look at them from different angles.

In my experience. last day residence is often considered Most Valuable. Therefore, I highly recommend seven-day stays. Moreover, if you leave the darkroom on Friday morning, you have three full days to integrate the knowledge and experience into your life and experience a major shift.
