Meals are provided by your guide, who prepares fresh vegetarian dishes daily. Nuts and fruit are also available in the apartments. Special requests are also catered for by your guide, such as shopping or a meat-enriched diet. It all depends on the arrangement and the preferences of the individual. Often, the need to eat subsides during your stay, so the guardian walks according to your needs.

Shortly after coming out of darkness, it is advisable to give the body time to adapt to the light, which may now be more intense. We therefore recommend gradually increase the lighting intensity and watch for signs of photosensitivity. If possible, it's also a good idea to get outside and move around in the fresh air, which can help with adaptation to new stimuli.
