Staying in the dark: Enjoy your stay in absolute darkness in a comfortable and safe environment. The space is carefully designed to give you maximum comfort and peace of mind.
Meals: Every day, nutritious and tasty food is delivered directly to your room without disturbing you. The menu is tailored to your dietary needs and preferences.
Professional guardian: Our experienced caregiver is available throughout your stay to ensure your safety and comfort. He is available to consult, support and provide for your needs whenever you need it.

*We offer a minimum stay of 3 nights. Arrival is possible every Monday and Friday.

**Measurement of physiological functions is ordered separately for the stay.

Melatonin measurement:

Measuring melatonin (sleep hormone) levels shows you how darkness affects sleep.

Price of melatonin measurement: 3120 CZK.

Colour test:

A colour test (Balance Management) to gain a deeper understanding of your thinking, emotions and behaviour, such as self-awareness and problem-solving skills. The test takes 10 minutes and is done from the comfort of your home before and after your stay; it is based on the CA method (Cognitive-Affective Method), allowing you to directly compare how therapy has affected you.

Price of the colour test: 2100 CZK.

This amount is intended directly for the company Balance Managementthat creates the test, and it's not meant for us. We only mediate the test.
