Formalities before purchasing a stay<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. Booking and payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reservations for a stay in the dark must be made in advance through the official booking system.<\/p>\n

The client is then obliged to pay the full amount to the account number sent in the introductory email, but no later than 30 days before the arrival.<\/p>\n

Payment for the stay in the dark is non-refundable and non-refundable except as stated in the following paragraph.<\/p>\n

2. Cancellation of reservation<\/strong><\/h6>\n

If the client needs to cancel his\/her reservation, he\/she must do so at least 30 days before the planned date of stay.<\/p>\n

If the client cancels the reservation more than 30 days before the planned date of stay, he\/she is entitled to a refund of the amount paid to 100%.<\/p>\n

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled date of stay will result in the loss of 100 % of the amount paid.<\/p>\n

3. Modification of the reservation<\/strong><\/h6>\n

If the client needs to change the date of stay in the dark, he\/she must ask the therapy provider as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

Reservation adjustments are only allowed in accordance with availability.<\/p>\n

4. Age restrictions<\/strong><\/h6>\n

A minimum age of 18 years is required to stay in the dark.<\/p>\n

5. Safety instructions<\/strong><\/h6>\n

The Client is obliged to follow all safety instructions provided by the Operator.<\/p>\n

The client acknowledges that being in the dark may require a certain amount of adjustment and consideration.<\/p>\n

6. Health status<\/strong><\/h6>\n

The client acknowledges that being in the dark may affect certain medical conditions such as claustrophobia or anxiety.<\/p>\n

The client is obliged to inform the operator of any health problems that could affect his ability to participate in the stay in the dark.<\/p>\n

7. Responsibility for property<\/strong><\/h6>\n

The client is responsible for their personal property while in the dark.<\/p>\n

The operator is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of the client's property.<\/p>\n

8. Limitation of liability<\/strong><\/h6>\n

The client acknowledges that being in the dark can be emotionally challenging.<\/p>\n

The operator is not responsible for any emotional or psychological consequences of being in the dark.<\/p>\n

9. Rights of the operator<\/strong><\/h6>\n

The operator reserves the right to refuse to provide the service or to exclude a client who does not comply with the rules of staying in the dark or endangers the safety of other participants.<\/p>\n

10. Final provisions<\/strong><\/h6>\n

These terms and conditions are valid from the time of booking and are deemed to be accepted by the client.<\/p>\n

The client voluntarily participates in the dark at his own risk. When booking a stay, the client agrees to the terms and conditions and the processing of personal data.<\/p>\n

The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.<\/p>\n
